Refunds & delivery help
Listen before you pay
Review your lyrics and a real excerpt before choosing to unlock. Payment unlocks the already saved full song; it does not generate a replacement.
If delivery fails
Your payment entitlement remains while we recover the original file. If it cannot be delivered, the order needs support and refund handling. We do not quietly substitute a different song or charge again.
Trying another sound
One optional remake is included. It is initiated only by you. Your original remains available.
Refund processing
Refunds must be confirmed through the payment provider. A confirmed refund revokes full-song and sharing access; late payment messages cannot restore a refunded entitlement. Support contact and final refund procedures must be verified before real sales.
