Privacy
Private by default
Your source text, lyrics and audio are private. Anonymous drafts stay in the current browser tab; temporary server processing is needed for story and lyric requests. We do not create a permanent life profile.
Processing your story
The configured text provider receives only the material needed for the current task. Music generation uses Suno V6 through APIMart, with EvoLink as a fallback. Music providers receive confirmed lyrics and music direction, not your raw diary or story. Neon handles authentication and project data. Private R2 storage holds audio. Waffo handles checkout.
Sharing
Sharing is optional. Anyone with your unlisted link can access the song, lyrics, recipient and dedication. Links are excluded from search indexing and can be revoked. Files someone already downloaded cannot be recalled.
Deletion
Delete a project to remove its source content and our stored audio and disable sharing. Failed storage deletions remain queued for recovery. Minimal payment records may remain for reconciliation and legal obligations. Provider retention and deletion capabilities are not yet verified; we do not promise immediate erasure of all third-party copies.
Website analytics
We use Microsoft Clarity on public pages to understand basic page use and improve the site. Creation panels and generated name results are masked. Private account, project and gift pages do not load Clarity. We send denied signals for analytics and advertising cookie storage; we do not set custom user identifiers or send your story or lyrics as analytics events.
Test-release status
This version has not completed production privacy or commercial acceptance. Contact routing, precise retention periods and provider contractual terms must be verified before public launch. Private story text, lyrics, names and project identifiers are not sent to analytics.
